You need international communication training for your company: How does it work?

At Aygen Training, we are specialists in international communication: that means not only professional English training of the kind that you are used to (20 or 30 hours of individual or small group lessons in business English) but also skills-building workshops. In today’s world, your employees have to do more than write emails in English. Their communication is a reflection of your company and they need to be able to make presentations, animate online meetings and have difficult discussions across cultures with ease and with impact. Even high level speakers can really benefit from this kind of communication training.


Our methods are based on the neuroscience of learning and communication, and on real-life situations, for a fun and effective learning experience.


Here’s how it works:

  1. We have a call together to discuss you and your teams’ needs: what kind of training are you looking for? Will this be funded by you, your OPCO or by employees’ CPF? What are the needs of the different people?

  2. If you aren’t sure of individual needs, we can offer you some tools for a DIY linguistic audit, or we can do it for you. A linguistic audit identifies the exact needs of everyone who uses English at work, and makes sure that your budget is spent in the best and most efficient way possible.

  3. We can speak to individual employees: they can take a 15 minute appointment to discuss their needs with us and so we can identify their level.

  4. Once the participants and their needs have been identified, we send you a proposal (programmes and a quote.)

  5. If employees are doing CPF training, we work directly with them to create their dossiers and start the training (less paperwork for you!)

  6. If we are running intra-entreprise workshops, we will send you the necessary documents and arrange the date and time to be able send out the convocations.

  7. For our workshops, we send out a pre-training questionnaire to make sure the training really meets the needs of the participants.

  8. After all training, we send the participants a detailed end of programme report on their progress and the points they needs to work on next.

  9. We will send you all the documents you need: feuille de présence, end of course reports, certifications de réalisation and summary of the evaluation results.


We have great feedback from our clients and have developed long working-relationships with several companies. The international communication workshops are created and run by Catherine Aygen, who is a Neurolanguage Coach, certified intercultural communication and Fierce conversations trainer, with 20 years experience in adult learning. The business English programme is delivered by her handpicked team of certified English language trainers, who all have different business or education background.
