I don't have enough CPF budget: how can I pay for this programme?You have several choices: You can ask your company to pay for your training. We are a recognised training centre by the French government and your company may have a training budget available. If you are independent, you will have another training fund. Please contact us and we can help you make the request to your OPCO. You can also pay for the programme yourself. We have installment plans. Please email us and we can send you a link. We also offer Fluency Club training, for people with less CPF budget.

How do I sign up with my CPF?You can sign up with your CPF budget by clicking this link and following the instructions. Here's a useful video showing how to create your CPF dossier.

Who will my trainer be?For your individual sessions, you will be assigned one of our Aygen Training trainers: all of our trainers are certified and experienced, and are very nice! For the group sessions, you will have Catherine or one of the other trainers, and there will also be "real people", who are not trainers, for you to practice real-life speaking situations with.

What are the dates of the training?The dates and times of the individual sessions will be decided on between you and your trainer, depending on your schedules. The group sessions are on the following dates: October 4th 2022, 13h November 8th 2022, 13h December 13th 2022, 13h January 24th 2023, 13h March 7th 2023, 13h You'll receive an invitation to these sessions when you sign up to the training. The Toeic workshop happens every month. You will receive an invitation to choose the date that suits you when you sign up. *dates may be changed depending on holidays within the group. If you cannot attend any of these, please let us know.

What happens if I miss a session?Your individual sessions are adapted to you, so you can arrange them as you wish. The group sessions have fixed weeks. If you know in advance that you will be absent, please let us know as we may change the date.

Who is this training for?This training programme is for anyone who speaks English at work and wants to work on specific communication skills that you use in your job: Having conversations about different topics with colleagues or clients Listening to or participating in online meetings with international colleagues, clients or partners Presenting, both formally and informally You need to have a level of A2+ or above. If you're not sure of your level, make an appointment here for a quick level check.

I'm a beginner. Can I do this training?No, thjs programme is only for people who are A2+ and above. If you would like to do another training, I suggest our individual coaching programme to improve your current level.
